Choose Starter if

You rent fewer than 100 items from one location, you are moving off paper or a spreadsheet, and bookings plus signed contracts are the priority.

Choose Pro if

You want QR check-out, damage and deposit records, maintenance, route sheets and quotes. Most busy single yards belong here, and the trial includes it.

Choose Business if

You run two or three locations, or you need the public API, priority support or the referral program.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. 14 days, full access to the Pro plan, no credit card required. If you do not pick a plan, the account becomes read-only at the end of the trial and you can export your data for 30 days.

Do I pay per user?

No. Every plan includes unlimited team members. You pay for the number of items and locations, not the number of people using the app.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are month to month. You can cancel from the Billing page and the account stays active until the end of the current period.

What happens if I exceed the item limit?

The system will not let you add more items until you upgrade. Existing items are not affected.

Which plan should I start on?

Start the trial, which gives you Pro. If you rent fewer than 100 items from one location and do not need QR check-out, damage tracking or route sheets, Starter is enough. Choose Business for two or three locations or API access.
