Why we built it
Most rental software is either too expensive for a small yard or too simple to run a real business. We built Nexovil for the yard with one to three locations and 50 to 500 items: the yard that needs the system to be reliable on a Saturday morning, not just in a sales demo.
That shaped the product. Availability is enforced rather than displayed. Contracts are signed before items leave. Yard staff work from a phone. Damage and deposits are recorded with evidence. And the price does not move when you add a driver.
What we build around
Reliable on a Saturday morning
A demo that works is not enough. The system has to hold when three people are at the counter, a driver is on the road and a customer is on the phone.

Yards should not be punished for hiring. Plans are priced on items and locations, and team members are unlimited.
